1. Introduction
Nulve ("the App") is operated by Daniel Munoz, an individual based in California, USA. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information when you use the App. By using Nulve, you consent to the practices described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect

2.4 Meal Photos

3. How We Use Your Data
We use your information to:
- Provide the core service: Clarity Scores, Fuel Scores, Deep Focus Window predictions, and AI coaching.
- Personalize your experience based on your profile, preferences, and historical patterns.
- Process meal photos through AI models to generate nutritional analysis.
- Improve the App using anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you.
- Communicate with you via in-app notifications about your performance trends and App updates.
- Manage your subscription and validate your purchase entitlements.
4. AI Data Processing
Nulve uses the following AI providers to deliver its core features:
- Google Gemini — Processes meal photos to identify foods and estimate nutritional content.
- Anthropic Claude — Powers the real-time coaching chat and generates pattern-based insights from your historical data.
From Nulve's side: We do not store the content of AI interactions. Meal photos, coaching conversations, and related data are processed in real time and are not retained on Nulve's servers beyond what is needed to deliver the immediate response.
From AI providers' side: Anthropic and Google may process data transmitted via their APIs in accordance with their own data usage and retention policies. Nulve uses these providers' API services, which are generally governed by separate data processing terms. We encourage you to review:
- Anthropic's API data usage policy at anthropic.com
- Google's API data usage policy at cloud.google.com
Nulve selects API configurations designed to minimize data retention by third-party providers wherever available.
